Weekly Announcements:
Join us on Fri. August 14th – Sun. August 16th as our Parish will have our 120th Foundation Anniversary Summer Festival Celebration! This will take place on the Friday from 3-9pm and the weekend days from 11am – 9pm! We will have many fun events for all who are interested, more details to follow in the coming weeks. Please note our Parking Lot for that weekend will be unavailable starting from Friday Morning until Monday Morning.
Catholic Cemeteries & Funeral Services invites families and our faith communities to join us for the Annual Mass for the Faithful Departed on this Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 7:00 PM – This Mass will take place nearest to us at Mount Hope Cemetery, celebrated by Most Reverend J. Gerard Pettipas. In case of rain, it will take place here at St. Monica’s
Save the Date: On Sunday August 30th, Our Archbishop Frank Cardinal Leo has delegated the Central Regional Bishop of Toronto, Bishop Robert Kasun to celebrate the 11am Mass for our 120th Parish Anniversary Celebration. All are welcome to join!
Temporarily Unavailable: We will be having Coffee Socials after the Sunday 9am & 11am Masses weekly, please be most welcome to come and stop by to enjoy some coffee and light refreshments! A donation for the maintainence fund to support this project is greatly appreciated!
On First Friday’s, the Young Adults Group will collect non-perishable food, hygiene products, new socks, and new clothing for Good Shepherd Ministries during and after Eucharistic Adoration. Thank you for helping us serve those most in need!
RCIA is open for registration, please contact Peter Gavin-Griffin and register using the online google form, once filled, contact the Parish Office. Registration for other Sacraments will be announced in the coming weeks.
Join us for our COR Men's groups which is occuring on Thursday's every 2nd week of the month at 7pm in the Parish Hall!
Good Shepherd Collection: On the First Friday of each month, donations of non-perishable food, hygiene products, new socks, and new clothing will be collected during and after Eucharistic Adoration for Good Shepherd Ministries.
Our children’s singing camp will run on Tuesday’s from 5pm – 8pm until Mid-August. Please reach out to Elena to register and more information is available in the foyer.
